Dear Clubs,

Please find our Terms & Conditions set out below in bullet points below, Player CVs and video footage will be provided upon signed acceptance of the conditions outlined:

• Standard senior player Recruitment fees will be set at :
• Nat 1, Nat 2, Nat 3 £750 per player with second and third season renewals remaining the same
• Scottish Super 6: £750 per player with second and third season renewals remaining the same
• All Australian Clubs: $1250 + GST per player with second and third season renewals remaining the same
• Top 10 Italy, Spanish Div 1 & 2, Romania: 10% of players contract on top of players salary set at a min of €1000 per player per season
• All payments to be made upon player arriving at the club and passing a standard medical.
• All renewals will go through EAM and and not the player directly. Should the club or player attempt to bypass Elite Athlete Management Pty ltd then they will be liable
• Elite will be responsible for providing the clubs with a professional management service and regular communication throughout the entire process between both club and player as well as dealing with players families. We look forward to your business.
• All payments to will be paid upon Club receiving signed copy of player contract Invoices will be issued electronically within 14 days of the player arriving at the club
• Failure to pay the administration fees set out above and in the agreement with EAM, may result in a cancellation of contract, engagement of a debt recovery specialist to recover outstanding debts and any further incurred costs, suspension of your EAM account.

Elite Global Athlete Management Pty ltd accepts no responsibility for costs incurred by the Club following the players arrival. Visa applications are the responsibility of the player, EAM accept no responsibility for costs resulting from refused entry to the country of destination, or a player breaking the terms of the agreement with a club and refusing to travel.
