EAM was founded in the world’s sporting capital by Australian-born Matt Bressons in 2018 with the intent of building a game-changing talent management company that genuinely puts its clients first by humanising each client and treating each individual’s ambitions and dreams as if they were their own.
In 2020, decorated international rugby player Tom Varndell joined EAM as a Co-Director and founding partner. Tom enjoyed an illustrious rugby career and was the English Premierships Record try scorer for several years.
Both Tom and Matt share a prodigious work ethic with matching ambitions, never content to settle for second best when it comes to their clients or their company.
EAM has expanded across the global game and now has agents and mentors placed in all the major rugby-playing nations.
Our established team all share the same approach and commitment that we believe sets us apart from the other agencies currently in the game. Most importantly, the EAM team is made up of former players who understand the fragile nature of balancing a professional sporting career and the lifespan of that said career with off-field positioning for the future.
