Experiencing the struggles of transitioning from a professional sports environment to the “real world”, he would love to help young players prepare for what comes after rugby. For Justin, rugby has given him so much, and apart from helping out with coaching, he believes sharing his experience of the transition will be invaluable to young sportsmen and women.
