EAM has a diverse client base representing athletes from around the world, each with their own individual dreams and needs. Our humanising athletes, hard work, and detail-oriented approach have earned us the respect of sporting bodies and athletes alike.
As a result, EAM has helped guide many athletes in reaching the pinnacle of their chosen sport by providing them with the support, services, and guidance required to achieve their dreams.
Too many people think athletes are big and tough, throw them a Nando’s and let them get on with it. In reality that is so far from the truth. Athletes go through highs and lows, and they need a positive support system – a guiding voice who they can trust. Athletes like getting small gifts of new boots or running shoes, and having a friendly voice on the phone when they are getting through an injury.
The life of a professional sportsperson can be very lonely, the WhatsApp messages, birthday wishes, coffee meetings, and phone calls are so valuable to an athlete, that voice of reassurance and belief.
EAM also helps players when they want a new car or seek a mortgage. When they want to send money globally or need investment advice, our professional partners are can our athletes.
We have a duty of holistic care and that is to develop the whole person so that a rugby player’s identity is not just tied to being an athlete. At EAM, we focus on developing confident individuals who can take the transferable skills they’ve learned as an athlete into the world of work. And that is why we have formed working partnerships with delivery partners to provide a fast track to a PG Cert and even a Master’s Degree at recognized Universities.
For those athletes who do not wish to study, but are more of the business-oriented type, we are working with a successful delivery partner to ensure the development of entrepreneurial skills, mindset focus, and mentorship in the world of entrepreneurship.
